We all know that we SHOULD get exercise but getting TO THE GYM can be hard. My favourite kind of workouts are a blend of high intensity cardio and strength training – packaged up nicely into do-able short sessions. But I also like yoga and my ankles sometimes scream for lower intensity, less jump-y sessions too. Sometimes I’m wanting to be jacked up and sometimes I’m looking to be smoothed out.
A few years ago (after an online workout program I was following featured more close up boobs-and-bum camera angles than I could stomach at my 6am workout time), I stumbled across Fitness Blender and I really felt like Kellie and Daniel were making their videos and programs just for me. Apparently other people feel the same way – now 35 million people watch Fitness Blender videos each month!
Fitness Blender is awesome. The creators, Kellie and Daniel are a husband and wife team of personal trainers who thought fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their income. Both Kelli and Daniel felt like there was a lack of reliable health and fitness information on the web, and too many people in the industry were more focused on monetary gain or appearance than they were on good health.
Fitness Blender features FREE full length exercise programs and also has some fee-based programs as well. Best of all, once you purchase the (super cheap) fee-based programs, you can use them again and again.
Check them out today. (No, I haven’t been paid a cent for this review – I just love and use the site and think you might like it too.)
